My TTC body prep exercise routine will hopefully look like this, I'm wondering if it's weird to be a little afraid yet excited at the same time??

Where I feel I'll benefit the most to prep for our TTC (Trying To Conceive) journey.

In my opinion, it's always best to try & face the week ahead positively & with a giggle.

So many women go through life assuming that having children will come easy & it's not always the case!
