This post is from me to you, it’s a recommendation for 3 things I think everyone should do at least once in their lifetime.
1 – Visit Cornwall or more specifically, South Cornwall – it’s like stepping back in time, visiting South Cornwall is like a warm fleecy blanket on a cold, wet day……………….it’s homely, cozy & comfortable.

Poldark Filming Spots – if you like Poldark but not yet seen the original, you seriously need to watch it, that was the start of my love for Cornwall……………..
2 – Go Stonehenge for the Summer Solstice in June, it’s amazing, the atmosphere is electric & everyone is in such a fantastic mood, it’s not an easy thing to describe but trust me, I love it – a little tip for you would be to be prepared in case it rains because Stonehenge is surrounded by fields.

3 – Do a Whole30. I did one in January, I didn’t do the whole 30 days, I did 23 days, I really wished I did though, I lost inches off my body, lost 1 1/2 stone & had a few NSVs (none scale victories) along the way, including my aches & pains getting easier.
