I hope you had an amazing weekend.
It’s Sunday morning & having been up since 6:50 this morning, I’ve been sitting watching YouTube videos, I’m obsessed with watching vlogs. It’s now nearly 9am & I’m starting to feel like I need a nap (hehe).
I mentioned previously that I have a nutrition course that I need to register for by the 28th February & that it has to be completed within 12 months, it does have to be completed within 12 months of registration but after reading it again, I found that I actually have until October 31st to register. Yay.
I actually don’t have anything I want to talk about this week, I started this post with the intention of…………….just remembered (this is a mind dump post after all, so this is how my mind flows sometimes), me & Richard had a conversation the other night about weight loss, healthy eating & exercise, one good thing is that we’re both on the same page about the whole thing.
I’m going to do a Clean9 detox in March, I love doing those detoxes, my mind & body feel so much better after I’ve finished them, I do one at least once a year. I really wish I had the nerve to actually video vlog the whole detox but I’m not that brave, I might do next year when I do it??
We decided that, at the weekend we are going to have a go at meal planning 2 days for the following week. In the past, I’ve wanted to do a full weeks worth of meal planning but it’s never worked out, we just never manage to stick to it & I end up feeling like I failed at life, so we’re going to have a go at just doing 2 days worth, we both love healthy eating & fresh air, the problem is, I’m a lazy ass bitch & Richard can’t cook. Hehe.
Regarding exercise, I want us to try walking more, I’m hoping that when the weather gets warmer, we’ll go on lots of walks & picnics.
I’ve found a few natural remedies this week that I’m going to have a try with, one of which, I’m going to see if mum would be willing to try one of them.
I thought I might have a go at journaling this week & see if that helps my overactive brain?? I’m an over thinker, I over think EVERYTHING from, did I say/do the right thing to, should I have said or done this/that??? It drives me mad sometimes.
Todays mind dump isn’t much of a mind dump but this is all that’s on my mind right now.
