Mind dump

Morning lovelies,

Wow, so it’s been a while.

Do you ever just run out of steam & inspiration?? I had a ton of post ideas but none of them really song out to me, I don’t know why because upon reflection of the ideas, I’ve deleted a few but the majority of them, I actually do like, we’ll see how it goes.

While typing this post, I’m doing so with the hope that I don’t just do this post & no more, I really do miss blogging & I used to be so annoyed with myself for not pulling myself together & just getting on with it, I don’t do that anymore, I’ve forgiven myself for that & realised that it doesn’t matter if I don’t stick to my blogging schedule every week.

I can’t believe it’s been about 5 months since I last did a blog post! The time just rushes by. In that time, I’ve moved place of work, still within the same company but a different building – it’s a little nerve-racking, stressful & exciting but I’m finding my feet, not quite got into a routine yet but I’m getting there! Me & Richard have moved house, we moved into my parents house, 1 because we were renting & struggled to save for anything & 2 we want to actually enjoy our lives & I felt like I was going work to earn money to just pay rent & buy food, the amount of times someone would say shall we do this or that & I’d always say sorry but I can’t afford it, I’ve got no money, it was destroying my soul & driving me mad! We still have a lot to do at my parents to get fully settled in but we’re getting there.

I’ve got a couple of posts lined up for this week, some summer faves & my Autumn bucket list, after that, I don’t know but you gotta start somewhere right??? What I do know is that I want to capture memories over Autumn & Winter, I absolutely love the last 3 months of the year, so festive, Halloween, Autumn inspired EVERYTHING, fireworks night, Loughborough fair, Richards birthday, the festive season – December, Christmas & a brand new year. So, I suppose you could say it was the time of year that inspired me to blog again, how long it’ll last & how often I’ll be posting, I don’t know but for now, I’m here & excited.
