Forever Living Clean9 Detox ~ My day 8

Morning my lovelies.

Morning – I had my gel, shake & supplements.

Mid-morning – I had a pear.

Lunch time – I had my shake & supplements. Plus an apple & pear.

Afternoon – I had my fiber sachet.

Dinner time – chicken salad with quinoa.

Evening – more water.

Did I drink my water allowance – I actually managed to get 7 today!

Did I manage to get any exercise done today – walked to work & back.

How I’ve been feeling today – been a good day today. I feel a little disappointed better about finishing because I kind of have a plan of action now!

I’ll be honest, I’m not looking forward to tomorrows stats!
