Morning my lovelies.
Morning – I had my gel, shake & supplements.
Mid-morning – I had an apple.
Lunch time – I had my shake & supplements. Plus an apple & pear.
Dinner time – an omelette.
Evening – more water.
Did I drink my water allowance – I had about 5.
Did I manage to get any exercise done today – walked to work & back.
How I’ve been feeling today – not a good day today, stressed today. I had my 1st chocolate craving today! I forgot to have my fiber sachet.
I’m getting a little bit worried that I don’t have a plan of action in place food/meals/menu wise for when I finish my C9.
