Morning my lovelies.
Well, I’m over the half way point now.
Morning – I had my gel & guess what, I had it with nothing else added to it! Yay me. I did have a couple of tomatoes after to remove the after taste.
Mid-morning – I didn’t need anything today.
Lunch time – I had my shake & supplements. Also an apple & pear.
Afternoon – my fibre sachet & an apple.
Dinner time – I had an omelette, it was a recipe out of the booklet.
Evening – a pear & more water.
Did I drink my water allowance – I had 6.
Did I manage to get any exercise done today – walked to work & back. Well, I brisk walked home.
How I’ve been feeling today – I still got a bit of a headache, not enough to warrant taking pain killers but I woke up with it.
I haven’t felt as hungry today as I have done.
Today’s been a good day, apart from my stats aren’t what I’d hoped for!

- Calves – 14 1/2
