Forever Living Clean9 Detox ~ My day 5

Morning my lovelies.

Morning – My gel with freshly squeezed orange, I’m going to have to try it without the orange. Supplements & shake. Strawberry.

Mid-morning – a pear

Lunch time – my shake & supplements. An Apple & pear.

Afternoon – my fibre sachet.

Dinner time – chicken, roasted sweet potato, broccoli & cauliflower. Supplements.

Evening – more water.

Did I drink my water allowance – I only had 4 today! That’s terrible, better tomorrow.

Did I manage to get any exercise done today – walked to work & back.

How I’ve been feeling today – I’ve still got a craving for muesli & granola but not craving chocolate or sweeties.

I’m so tired today, I didn’t sleep very well last night! Here’s hoping tomorrow is a better day.
