Morning my lovelies.
You know, I have no clue why but Tuesday is one of my 2 favourite days of the week, random I know but true.
Morning – I had my aloe gel, supplements & shake & for the 1st time since Friday, I feel full! Weird!!
Mid-morning – can you guess?? Yep, a pear.
Lunch time – I had my shake, supplements, a pear & an Apple.
Afternoon – I had my fiber sachet.
Dinner time – I had pork with roasted sweet potatoes, broccoli & cauliflower. Also had my supplements.
Evening – no gel or supplements required. Some grapes.
Did I drink my water allowance – nope, had 6.
Did I manage to get any exercise done today – I walked to & from work.
How I’ve been feeling today – I’ve definitely noticed a difference today, I’ve been feeling fuller for longer.
No hangriness at all & hardly any pain, except from a headache that just won’t shift & I was really hoping not to have to take any pain killers while I’m doing this C9.
Another thing that I’ve noticed is that my leg cramps are not as bad as they have been.
I’ve got a hankering for some muesli & granola tonight.
Well, I lasted till about midnight without the pain killers, I got out of bed to use the loo & my head felt like I’d hit it hard! I had to take some, I didn’t want to but my head hurt so much, it was making me unsteady on my feet!
