Morning my lovelies.
Here’s to an amazing week.
Morning – I had my gel & supplements. I also had my 1st morning shake of the 9 days, again with almond milk. Also had an apple, I’m trying to keep the hangriness at bay, I definitely don’t want another day like yesterday!
Mid-morning – I’ve re-discovered my love of pears, had another one. Nom nom.
Lunchtime – I realised that I only have aloe gel in the mornings now, so I had a shake & my supplements.
Afternoon – I had my fiber sachet & a few grapes.
Dinner time – it’s day 3 so that means I can have a 600 cal meal, I had sweet potato wedges, pork, broccoli & cauliflower. Plus my supplements. I was so full after eating my dinner & I even left a piece of broccoli & cauliflower which usually, I would’ve just eaten.
Evening – No aloe tonight, just more water.
Did I drink my water allowance – I really struggled getting my water intake today, I got 6 again but 1 of them was down to replace the evening dose of aloe.
Did I manage to get any exercise done today – Not today but I did do a little house work – does that count???
How I’ve been feeling today – Before I even got out of bed, my body ached, along side a headache. As the day went on, it got a lot easier.
I had no hangriness today either & this morning, I actually had the energy & the inclination to do some house work!
I’m so surprised & a little disappointed at how easy I’m finding it this time round!
When I done my stats, I was so disappointed, I’ve not lost much in areas & added in others! Although, I’ve not moved as much as I should have! I must have got my weight wrong on day 1 because if I didn’t, I’ve lost a stone in 2 days! Hehe. I also think we still don’t get the tape measure in the right area for my waist! How hilarious!
