All of these emotions make you hungry for something, but it’s not food, honest.
‘Comfort eating’ is not actually comfortable.
You think you’re being nice to yourself but really, you’re not!
It’s far better to recognise and acknowledge what you’re feeling – what are you really hungry for?? And to find a positive way to deal with the emotion and satisfy the need!
STOP EMOTIONAL EATING!
I recently joined Weight Watchers (that’s for another blog post) & found this in my smile book (it’s a little book that’s to help the mental part of your healthy eating journey) & thought I’d share it with you!
What I’m hungry for is to feel happy with myself & to have a pain-free, active life!
What are you hungry for…?
Bye for now.
